| I need this flower called Jo Lun located north of the Orchid Temple on top of a tower and only a male can pick it. It's given by Mister Shih at level 25 or 26, and I'm not sure about what Mister Shih says in the quest for males but in the quest for females he says to ask a male to "talk to him".
